Key Stages.
 The core objective for St John's Primary School is to deliver the National Curriculum to the highest standard to the children in Key Stages 1 and 2. The key elements of Literacy, Numeracy and Science form the basis of the school curriculum - all supported by a thorough grounding in ICT from the earliest stages.
Although providing a thorough and complete preparation for ongoing success at secondary school, the National Curriculum provides the framework for life.
An integral and important objective at St John's Primary is that the children are delivered opportunities to develop as people. Social skills, performing arts, sports opportunities, health awareness, community involvement, charity liaison, current affairs are all great examples of the additional personal skills we seek to develop.
Above all, we expect the children to really enjoy their experience at St John's, to have fun and to leave the school with fond memories of us.
