Personal Social Health Education.

Children's early experience of personal and social life occurs in the home. Here initial attitudes and behaviour are formed.  As they grow older children have to learn to make relationships with boys and girls, and adults, outside the family.

At St. John's our aims and philosophy; our planning and teaching are explicitly designed to promote the personal and social development of pupils.

It is concerned with developing qualities and attitudes whereby children can learn to live and work with each other day by day and to prepare them for an informed and active involvement in their future life.
