Lets Ride Bristol 2018

28th June 2018

July’s Let’s Ride Bristol 2018 for families and schoolchildren

On Sunday 8 July an exciting day of cycling will take place in Bristol’s city centre and all our local school children and their families are invited.

Organised by the council and HSBC UK/British Cycling, Let’s Ride is a fun opportunity for young people to get involved in a healthy weekend biking activity with family, friends and fellow students. Please find attached my letter explaining the event and how to take part, together with a leaflet for your noticeboards and bulletins. I hope lots of local students will register to take part in this event which is free to attend and that we will see even more turning out on the day.

Registration is also free for parents, teachers and other family members who can help register a child. Expect a festival atmosphere and a great day out.

Competition: ‘Design a Dream Bike’ to win an iPad and other great prizes

To encourage your students and their families to register for Let’s Ride we’re offering the children a chance to win an iPad and other great prizes in our design-a-bike colouring competition. We hope to see lots of you at Let’s Ride and look forward to seeing some great Dream Bikes. Have fun!

All details are in the attached letter and will be available at: www.bristol.gov.uk/letsride2018
