EYFS Term 2 Week1

We have been incredibly fortunate to receive some very generous donations this week.  Firstly, each class now has a brand new set of Sharing Books for the children to take home and enjoy with their families.

Then on Wednesday morning the children gathered in the hall to see what was in the 4 HUGE boxes that had been delivered and they were all very excited to discover that we now have 2 brand new scooters, a chariot bike and a taxi bike!  The children then worked together to come up with some rules for how they will look after these new bikes and scooters respectfully.

In Music, Mrs. Churchill has been focussing on songs with movement and variations in pitch and the children particularly enjoyed using colourful scarves to enhance their performance of The Grand Old Duke of York.
