St John’s launches its Pledge Passport

As a school, we know that children learn best when they have hands-on experiences – this could be practical lessons or visits and visitors. We also firmly believe that all our children are entitled to take part in valuable experiences both as part of our curriculum and also as part of our enrichment offer. Over the past year, we have been working hard to compile a list of many of these into promises that the school will commit to providing for your child as they journey through St. John’s. We have now produced these in the form of a ‘Pledge Passport’ for every child to have and over the last week Mr. Hoye has introduced this to the children.

Every child will have their own copy that will be kept in school, and as each experience is completed, they can tick them off in their passport. They will then be able to take this with them when they leave and we hope it will be a memento of their time at St. John’s.
