Since 2015 I have been the vicar of All Saints with St John, Clifton. Prior to this and for most of my career I have been a ‘self-supporting priest’, working as an Organizational Psychologist within industry and for International Consultancies.
Following curacy in the Diocese of Carlisle, I moved to become the Head of Centre for an Outdoor Residential Centre in the Yorkshire Dales.
The Centre did a great deal of work with young people, typically it merged outdoor pursuits, environmental studies, social geography and the creative arts with co-operative working in groups and teams.
I have two children, one still at university here in Bristol and the other in London, on the staff of UCL.
