🎉 Well Done, St. John’s Dance Team Eagles! 🦅

On Monday 23rd June, our amazing Year 5 and 6 Dance Team, the Eagles, represented St. John’s at the National Primary Dance Competition in Oxford, after securing their place at the regionals earlier this year.

The team travelled down by coach and enjoyed a well-earned treat at Bella Italia before heading to the venue for their rehearsal. Competing against 30 schools from across the country, our talented dancers took to the stage with confidence, energy, and incredible dedication.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that St. John’s placed 6th nationally — an outstanding achievement! Even more impressively, they were just 2 points from 4th place and 4 points off 3rd.

A huge well done to the Eagles for their hard work and commitment — you made us all so proud!

And of course, an enormous thank you to Mrs. Cox, who travelled with the team and supported them every step of the way. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without her.
