World Book Day

Children (and staff!) at St John’s had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day this year.

From author visits to sharing books with parents/carers over biscuits, we had lots of fun and, above all, enjoyed celebrating books, reading and vocabulary. In a change to previous years, children were asked to come dressed as ‘a word’ and we were blown away by both their outfits and the thought they put into coming up with their ‘word’.
