Basketball Match against Bristol Sonics
On Tuesday the 5th of March , our school Basketball team had a unique opportunity to play and compete against Bristol Sonics U12’s team. St John’s team showed great passion, motivation and ability to play against children who are more experienced in the sport and in some cases taller than them.
They enjoyed high level of coaching and officiating , while realising how high the basketball hoop really is.
Well done to Jude, Dexter, Henry, Laurie, Elija, Ben, Hassan, Joel, Hudson and Henry. Also, well done to our opponents who had in their team two St John’s children, Marcus and Ollie!
