The Great Big Dance Off – Regional Heats
On Monday 27th February, 45 St. John’s children travelled to Bath to take part in ‘The Great Big Dance Off’ Regional Heats. Having passed the video round, enabling them to compete against other schools from around the South West of England.
The first to perform at The Bath Forum were our Eagles dance team (open to Years 2-4). Inspired by a Space theme, they performed an excellent hip-hop routine with stunning lifts and amazing tricks. Well done Lil’ Eagles!
Our older group (Years 5 and 6) danced next. The dance theme was ‘Queen of Mean’. A classic tale of good versus evil. They were incredible, showing such skill, technique and talent. They came 4th out 13 other teams. We are incredibly proud of how they represented our school.
